We understand that if the customer wants to buy anything from us, then He/She is following all our rules and policies of the website.

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:

• We only accept mismatched cases for returns.
• We accepts returns and exchanges within 1 DAY of delivery.
• The returned items must be received in new, unused condition.

Types of Products Eligible for Returns/Refunds

• All items bought from our website are eligible for refund and return
• Cases which is given free on offer such as BUY 1 GET 1 are not eligible for return or refund

Return Process

• If someone want any return or refund he/she have to raise a query/massage to our mail, WhatsApp or Instagram.
• Then we will check that product online via Online Video call.
• After approval our side, customer have sent pack that case or cover just like in condition he/she received the parcel

Warranty Information

• As some items do not contain any warranty, still there are some cases in which we accept returns.
